If we keep this going long enough it'll rival Utube and may even be subject to a hostile takeover bid. What price a sell-out? Birdy might be asked to find the private equity funding but I worry about the technical support. Am I alone in thinking Magoo might have lost it?

in addition, if he's 2% innaccuate then 2% = anywhere between 1.98% to 2.02% ; lower figure is unlikely in view of rise in property prices ... so 2.02% ... compound interest ... 7 ... no maybe 8 years!
